1. Introduction Welcome to the SOS Yachting SmartApp ("App"), operated by SOS Holding S.r.L. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This App is the digital platform for our annually published Smartbook, providing insights into VAT regulations for superyacht charters. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our App.

2. Access and Use
