SOS Yachting establishes a clear procedure for chartering under the YET Program in Italy.

Following the publication of Italian Customs Circular No. 11D/2026 of 15 May 2026, issuing clarifications on the application of the Temporary Admission regime, we have worked closely with our fiscal advisors at Moores Rowland Partners (MRP) to define and formalise a dedicated operational procedure for yachts wishing to charter in Italy under the YET Program.
